Usposabljanje študentov zdravstvenih ved za izvajanje motivacijskega intervjuja

Motivacijski intervju je svetovalni pristop za spodbujanje lastne motivacije za spremembo življenjskega sloga predvsem pri tistih posameznikih, ki so na spremembe manj pripravljeni. Ker je v zdravstvu priporočljiva uporaba motivacijskega intervjuja, je potrebno študentom zdravstvenih ved zagotoviti ustrezno usposabljanje za njegovo izvedbo. Namen pregleda literature je bil ugotoviti učinke usposabljanja študentov zdravstvenih ved za izvajanje motivacijskega intervjuja. V končni pregled smo
vključili 10 raziskav, opravljenih na študentih različnih zdravstvenih ved, v katerih so raziskovali učinke usposabljanja za motivacijski intervju. Ugotovili smo, da kratka usposabljanja za izvedbo motivacijskega intervjuja za študente zdravstvenih ved vplivajo na izboljšanje teoretičnega znanja, osnovnih spretnosti in samozavesti za izvedbo motivacijskega intervjuja. Tovrstna usposabljanja so med študenti dobro sprejeta in zanje relevantna, učinke pa bi bilo potrebno preveriti tudi na populaciji zdravstvenih delavcev, ki že delajo v klinični praksi. Za lažjo primerljivost in posplošljivost rezultatov raziskav je potrebna uskladitev oziroma standardizacija ocenjevalnih protokolov.
