Stres in čustveno počutje fizioterapevtov v Republiki Hrvaški: opredelitev ključnih napovednikov sindroma izgorelosti

Raziskava o življenju fizioterapevtov v Republiki Hrvaški preučuje demografske značilnosti, delovne izkušnje, zadovoljstvo pri delu, zaznavanje stresa in samooceno sreče. V raziskavi je sodeloval 501 udeleženec povprečne starosti 36,95 let, ki so večinoma zaposleni v javnem sektorju. Večina udeležencev je poročenih ali v partnerski zvezi (65,9 %), od tega jih 45,3 % živi s partnerjem in otroki. Organizacija dela in medosebni odnosi so ključni viri stresa. Udeleženci so na splošno zadovoljni in srečni, pri čemer je poudarjen pozitivni vidik čustvenega počutja. Zavedanje stresa na delovnem mestu napoveduje sindrom izgorelosti, na kar pomembno vplivajo spol, stopnja izobrazbe in delovno mesto (p < 0,05). Zaključki raziskave poudarjajo potrebo po ravnovesju med strokovnim razvojem in skrbjo za čustveno dobro počutje za doseganje optimalnih delovnih rezultatov. Za dolgoročno izboljšanje delovne učinkovitosti in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v fizioterapiji izpostavljajo pomembnost delovnih okolij, ki spodbujajo čustveno dobro počutje in prilagajanje delovnih pogojev potrebam zdravstvenih delavcev.
