Zagotavljanje kakovosti v zdravstveni negi
samoocena vpliva izobraževanja in delovne dobe

V zadnjih treh desetletjih si bolnišnice v slovenskem prostoru prizadevajo za zagotavljanje bolj učinkovite, varne, pravočasne, enake in k pacientom usmerjene zdravstvene obravnave z namenom ustvarjanja dobrih izidov zdravljenja. Zato je zagotavljanje kakovosti v zdravstveni negi ključno. Poznavanje samoocene zaposlenih je pomembno, saj lahko to vodi do sprememb izvajanja zdravstvene nege. Cilj te študije je ugotoviti, kako izvajalci zdravstvene nege v Splošni bolnišnici Brežice samoocenjujejo vpliv izobrazbe in delovne dobe na zagotavljanje kakovosti v zdravstveni negi. Raziskava temelji na deskriptivni kvantitativni metodi dela z uporabo tehnike anketiranja. Rezultati so pokazali, da medicinske sestre v Splošni bolnišnici Brežice ne glede na stopnjo izobrazbe menijo, da izobrazba vpliva na zagotavljanje kakovostne zdravstvene nege. Samoocena vpliva delovne dobe na zagotavljanje kakovostne zdravstvene nege pa kaže, da se medicinske sestre ne strinjajo s trditvijo, da medicinske sestre z daljšo delovno dobo nudijo pacientu bolj kakovostno obravnavo, kot tudi z obratno trditvijo, da medicinske sestre z manj delovne dobe nudijo pacientu manj kakovostno obravnavo.
