Opazovanje mišično-skeletnih obremenitev članov negovalnega tima po metodi OWAS

Povzetek

Zdravstvena nega je dejavnost, kjer prihaja do nadpovprečnega števila mišično-skeletnih poškodb/obolenj in odsotnosti z dela zaradi njih. Cilj je raziskati izpostavljenost neugodnim kritičnim telesnim položajem/obremenitvam v klinični praksi z uporabo ergonomskih pripomočkov in brez njih pri negovalnem osebju, ki dela na sedmih različnih oddelkih. V raziskavo je bilo vključeno negovalno osebje, opazovano pri rednem delu, v eksperimentalni (n = 28) in kontrolni skupini (n = 28). Z metodo Ovako Working posture Analysis System (OWAS) je bilo identificiranih 15 kritičnih telesnih položajev (n = 15). Neparametrični test Mann-Whitney je pri 13 kritičnih položajih pokazal statistično pomembno znižanje obremenitev v korist uporabe ergonomskih pripomočkov. Z uporabo le-teh se je znotraj 7.5-urnega delovnika znižala povprečna obremenitev na mišično-skeletni sistem zaposlenih z 20.6 % na 7.7 %. Uvedba in uporaba ergonomsko-tehničnih pripomočkov v kliničnem okolju bistveno zmanjša pojavnost kritičnih telesnih položajev in bio-mehanskih obremenitev hrbtenice pri negovalnem osebju.
