Modeli oskrbe onkoloških pacientov po zaključenem zdravljenju – pregled literature

Za obvladovanje bremena raka je potreben celosten pristop, kar pomeni integracijo oskrbe na vseh ravneh zdravstvenega varstva. Cilj pregleda literature je ugotoviti zagotavljanje neprekinjene koordinirane integrirane celostne oskrbe onkoloških pacientov po zaključenem onkološkem zdravljenju. Narejen je bil pregled literature po zbirkah podatkov PubMed, MEDLINE, WEB OF SCIENCE po ključnih besedah cancer care, rehabilitation, cancer survivors, follow up, quality of life. V kvalitativno analizo je bilo vključenih 18 znanstvenih in strokovnih člankov. Rezultati so identificirali štiri modele izvajalcev zdravstvenih storitev, katere je mogoče na splošno
razvrstiti v oskrbo, ki jo vodi specialist onkolog, oskrbo, ki si jo delita splošni zdravnik in specialist onkolog, oskrbo pod vodstvom splošnega zdravnika in oskrbo pod vodstvom medicinske sestre. Skrb se ne konča z zaključkom zdravljenja, ampak mora biti razširjena na dolgoročne zdravstvene potrebe onkoloških pacientov. Model celostne oskrbe je potrebno prilagoditi dejavnikom na ravni pacienta, lokalnim storitvam ter politiki zdravstvenega varstva za zagotavljanje optimalnega spremljanja onkoloških pacientov v celotnem kontinuumu oskrbe raka.
