Telemedicina z vidika varne obravnave pacienta

Telemedicina je izmenjava zdravstvenih informacij z uporabo elektronske komunikacije med dvema uporabnikoma z namenom izboljšanja kliničnega zdravstvenega statusa pacienta. Razširjena je na mnogih področjih zdravstva. Namen raziskave je bil pregledati tujo znanstveno literaturo in ugotoviti, ali je uporaba telemedicine dovolj varna pri zdravstveni obravnavi pacientov. Literaturo smo iskali v podatkovnih bazah Medline PubMed, BioMed Central, ProQuest, Cobiss, Google učenjak z iskalnimi pojmi: telemedicina, varnost, pacient, obravnava. Na osnovi vključitvenih kriterijev smo identificirali 1064 zadetkov ter v končno analizo vključili 26 člankov. Rezultati so pokazali, da je uporaba telemedicine varna, pacienti in tudi zdravstveni delavci pa so poročali o zadovoljstvu pri njeni uporabi.
